Amazon Japan Operations is hiring a Process Assistant / Shift Assistant (Special Site) for the AMXL First Mile team to support logistics operations at vendor warehouses. The role handles routine site inquiries and incident response, collaborates with external logistics partners to improve shipping and inventory processes, analyzes operational KPIs, investigates root causes, and standardizes procedures and SOPs. The position is based in Yokohama, Kanagawa or Meguro-ku, Tokyo, with occasional business trips, a shift-based schedule, and 10 days off per month.
