Description
Amazon is hiring a Process Associate to manage daily shifts in fulfillment centers, assign work, monitor associate productivity, quality, and safety, resolve count and queue issues, oversee shift quality and action plans, develop associate training, conduct 4M and 5S audits, and stand in for team leaders or area managers. The role requires at least one year of Microsoft Office experience and a high school education or equivalent; two or more years of Microsoft Office experience is preferred.
