Flow Factor is hiring a Process Automation Consultant to work with customers in the DACH region, analyze their processes, identify optimization opportunities, translate requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans, and manage projects and development teams. The role serves as the interface between customers and development, supports customer collaboration, and requires strong analytical, communication, and project-management skills, with an IT background advantageous. The position offers €5,000 gross per month, a typical three-month onboarding period, and a remote-friendly working environment.
