Description
The Process Automation Manager (AI) will analyze, model, and optimize business processes for automation and AI technologies, assess automation potential, develop solution concepts, and lead digitalization and automation projects across their full lifecycle. The role coordinates business, IT, and external-service-provider interfaces, prepares management documents, leads workshops, supports implementation and acceptance, and contributes to digital transformation. It requires a relevant degree, experience with low-code or automation platforms and AI applications, cross-functional project leadership, stakeholder management, analytical skills, and strong German and English abilities. The position offers an annual salary of up to €85,000, a 38.5-hour week, flexible hours, two days of home office, and development opportunities.
