Description
The role defines and optimizes manufacturing process chains for stator production, develops and validates manufacturing processes, supports product development with design-for-manufacturing concepts, evaluates new technologies and materials, establishes manufacturing standards, and supports ramp-up and series-production issue resolution. It requires a bachelor’s degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering or a related field, 5–10 years of experience in stator manufacturing, motor production, or industrialization, knowledge of stator assembly, winding, and insulation processes, experience in process development and production launch, familiarity with APQP, PFMEA, and quality methodologies, and good English communication skills.
