Description
LISI AEROSPACE is hiring a Process Coater I for its B Shift to perform basic coating operations on aerospace metal components under supervision. The role includes painting and lubrication, reading blueprints and work instructions, operating spray equipment, bake ovens, lube tanks, and pumps, troubleshooting equipment, safely handling chemicals, meeting quality standards, and following health, safety, and environmental requirements. The position requires a high school education or equivalent, related manufacturing-processing experience or training, basic computer and shop math skills, and 0–2 years of industrial experience is desired. It pays $20–$22 per hour plus a $1.10 per hour B-shift differential and offers medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid sick leave, and vacation time.
