Description
The Process Control Analyst strengthens operational compliance and process-control environments by planning risk-based compliance reviews, evaluating control gaps and process issues, recommending corrective actions, monitoring remediation, maintaining process documentation, and collaborating with process owners and cross-functional teams. The role also supports business-process improvement, policy updates, and ESG-related compliance activities. It requires a bachelor’s degree, strong analytical and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a constant-office setting; hybrid or remote work is not available.
