Description
The Process Compliance Supervisor performs quality system audits across manufacturing, inspection, process records, suppliers, and external audits to evaluate compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, customer, regulatory, and company requirements. The role coordinates internal audits, tracks remediation, reports noncompliances, supports external audits, identifies process improvements, and evaluates training effectiveness. It requires fluency in English and Spanish, technical-document reading, computer literacy, strong communication and decision-making skills, and the ability to travel. The position is based in a production-floor environment, may require daily overtime and occasional weekends, and requires U.S. person status under ITAR.
