Inetum is hiring a Process Consultant from Inetum Norte to deliver IT process reengineering, analysis, work methodologies, and digital transformation projects. The role involves gathering process information, conducting current-state and maturity analyses, coordinating DORA compliance, designing and implementing continuous-improvement initiatives, documenting consulting work, preparing client deliverables, and managing initiatives. The position requires at least three years of experience with IT services processes and procedures and knowledge of DORA or similar regulations; ITIL, PMI, Scrum, CMMi, Cobit, or similar certifications are recommended.
