The role involves processing claims, handling incoming and outgoing calls, investigating and resolving customer issues, updating customer records, applying company policies, maintaining service-level targets, and mentoring new team members. Candidates need a graduate-level education, 1–2 years of RCM-AP/AR voice experience, strong customer interaction and analytical skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel; healthcare compliance, process SLAs, ISO/ISMS awareness, telephone etiquette, English communication, and computer skills are preferred.
