Description
The AVI Process Engineer supports and improves AVI process performance, investigates defects and process deviations, troubleshoots production issues, optimizes machine settings and inspection logic, reduces lot hold time and cycle time, and contributes to process improvement and equipment qualification projects. The role requires a degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, science, or a related discipline, strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, knowledge of process control and root-cause analysis, proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office, and good English proficiency; fresh graduates are welcome, while AVI experience is an advantage.
