The Process Control Electronics Technician supports production plants in repair and maintenance within the process control engineering department. Responsibilities include fault diagnosis of process control systems using Simatic PCS7 and S7, parameterization and calibration of measuring and control devices, support for process analysis technologies such as pH, flow, and temperature measurements, and maintenance of environmental protection and occupational safety standards. The role requires a technical apprenticeship or training in electronics, measurement and control technology, or a closely related occupation, relevant professional experience, and initial experience with error analysis using SIMATIC PCS7 and S7.
