Refresco Beverages is hiring a Process Controls Engineer to lead continuous improvement and automation infrastructure upgrades in beverage production. The role focuses on PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, servo, Ethernet, SQL Server, and process control systems, including troubleshooting, predictive maintenance, root-cause analysis, process optimization, and training for controls technicians. The position requires a diploma or degree in electronics, automation, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience, with preferred SQL Server and industrial electrician qualifications. It is primarily Monday through Friday with flexibility for nights and weekends, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
