Description
Weyerhaeuser is hiring a full-time Process Control Engineer for its new Timberstrand facility in Monticello, Arkansas. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the role leads and supports process control and automation applications, develops process control network strategies, improves manufacturing efficiency and cost, trains PLC technicians, and leads cross-functional projects. The position requires an engineering or technical degree with substantial process-control experience, advanced PLC and HMI knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills. The salary range is $82,533 to $123,800, with an annual incentive bonus targeting 7% of base pay and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
