Description
The Process Control Leader will oversee manufacturing process performance across investment-casting science areas, lead and mentor Process Owners, establish process goals and KPIs, define KIVs and KOVs, implement SPC and real-time monitoring, reduce scrap and rework, lead capex and Lean Six Sigma improvement projects, and support AS9100/NADCAP compliance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least five years of manufacturing experience, and one year of leadership experience; visa sponsorship is not available.
