Georgia-Pacific is hiring a Process Control Lead to lead the Process Control Team and manage converting control systems at its Wauna Mill. The role is responsible for developing team capabilities, leading controls strategy and projects, managing systems design, testing, procurement, installation, and start-up support, and supporting optimization, reliability, quality, cost-reduction, capital, and safety initiatives. Candidates need process control and PLC experience, manufacturing leadership experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects; Pulp and Paper, Texas Instrument, Giddings & Lewis, Siemens, and control network experience are advantageous. The position requires legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without visa sponsorship.
