The role provides technical leadership for process control engineering resources, manages control-system maintenance, capital projects, automation transitions, and mill-wide reliability and process stability initiatives. It also oversees process control engineers, automation specialists, and contractors; approves control designs and philosophies; supports advanced process control and change management; and requires onsite weekend and off-hour support. The position is salaried full-time, pays $130,900–$159,900, and requires at least 3–5 years of process controls experience, with leadership experience and relevant engineering education preferred.
