Description
The role performs testing and analysis for green-sand molding, core-making, and no-bake molding processes; interprets results; analyzes metal samples with an optical emission spectrometer; maintains records; audits molding, pouring, and finished-casting processes; and conducts special testing as needed. It requires a two-year technical or college degree in a related field and at least three years of metal and sand analysis experience.
