Description
The Process Controller analyzes, evaluates, and optimizes processes and associated costs across the value chain; maintains process cost rates and KPIs; coordinates process-improvement projects with specialist departments; integrates data into ERP and BI systems; supports operational financial cost and performance accounting; and prepares reports, dashboards, and decision templates. The role requires a degree in business administration, finance, controlling, or a comparable field, several years of relevant experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, and very good German knowledge. Compensation is €3,983.31 gross per year for a bachelor’s degree or €4,445.95 gross per year for a master’s degree.
