Description
The role operates and monitors a SWRO desalination plant through DCS/SCADA systems, controls intake, pretreatment, DAF, ultrafiltration, high-pressure pumps, RO trains, chemical dosing, product water, and distribution systems, and responds to alarms and process deviations. Responsibilities also include recording operational data, monitoring water quality, analyzing performance trends, coordinating with field operators and maintenance teams, supporting troubleshooting and calibration, and following HSE and environmental compliance procedures. The position requires a relevant engineering or process technology diploma or degree, typically 3–5 years or more of experience in SWRO, water or wastewater treatment, or process industries, and experience with DCS, SCADA, and PLC systems.
