Description
The Process Controls Engineer supports MDG’s manufacturing automation, instrumentation, and control systems across fermentation, downstream processing, drying, and blending. The role maintains, troubleshoots, programs, and commissions PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems; develops control logic and technical documentation; integrates equipment into corporate networks; analyzes process data; and supports startups, shutdowns, validation, and continuous improvement. It is a hands-on position performed across office, laboratory, and fermentation production environments, with frequent exposure to wet, humid, dusty, and noisy conditions.
