Description
The Process Controls Engineer will implement, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automation and process control systems for the Rotterdam Junction, New York manufacturing site. The role supports batch and continuous manufacturing equipment across platforms including Emerson DeltaV, Emerson Provox, Honeywell TDC3000, enterprise historians, and Rockwell PLCs; provides start-up, operations, training, cybersecurity, lifecycle, and technical project support; and collaborates across production, engineering, quality, R&D, and affiliate sites. The position also emphasizes EHS, ISO 9001, Responsible Care 14001, Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement, process reliability, and reporting. The salary range is $75,000-$150,000 annually, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
