Description
Kronospan is hiring a full-time, permanent Process Coordinator to oversee daily production operations and lead continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. The role supervises Process Technicians, coordinates with Maintenance, manages health, safety, and environmental compliance, leads process improvement and quality initiatives, conducts root cause analysis, maintains 5S standards, trains staff, and monitors KPIs. Candidates need at least five years of manufacturing or process-driven experience, supervisory or team leadership experience, knowledge of process improvement methodologies, root cause analysis experience, and HS&E knowledge. The role runs Monday to Friday from 0730 to 1700, 42.5 hours per week.
