DP World is hiring a Process and Operations Manager at its Wolfsburg-Vorsfelde site to optimize logistics and operational processes, introduce new procedures, coordinate maintenance and operating equipment, analyze KPIs, and ensure quality, safety, and customer requirements are met. The role requires several years of experience in logistics, production, engineering, or process management, strong communication and change-management skills, technical understanding, and German at C2 level. It is initially fixed-term for one year with prospects of a long-term relationship and offers a 39-hour workweek, vacation, and other benefits.
