Description
The Semiconductor EOL Process Development Engineer will lead end-of-line assembly process development and characterization for Code-S and enabling technologies, including FMEA, KPIV/KPOV analysis, control plans, process and equipment qualification, tooling and jig design, prototype-line sample building, cycle-time and quality improvement, and technical leadership across development, manufacturing, and NPI teams. The role requires more than five years of EOL process experience, including package saw or jig-saw experience, and education in mechanical, electrical, or automation engineering.
