Description
Bertrandt is hiring a Process Developer to serve as the central interface between product design, systems engineering, and prototype-machine implementation. The role covers NPI from prototype through series production, assembly and alignment processes, alignment and assembly fixtures, pilot assembly lines, component selection, process development, testing, documentation, and continuous improvement using FMEA, DMAIC, DoE, and KT. The position requires a relevant engineering or science degree, several years of industry experience, NPI project success, practical prototyping and troubleshooting skills, knowledge of mechanical or opto-mechanical assembly, quality-management and Six Sigma familiarity, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and fluent English and German skills.
