Sensient Technologies is hiring a Process Developer in Saint Louis to support the development, testing, and scale-up of new food color products and manufacturing processes. The role involves operating laboratory and pilot plant equipment, evaluating raw materials and product performance, conducting production trials at partner facilities, maintaining quality and regulatory documentation, and transferring technologies to manufacturing. The position requires a bachelor's degree in chemistry, food science, engineering, or a related field, laboratory or manufacturing experience, and hands-on experience with precision fermentation and downstream processing. It is onsite five days per week and includes domestic and international travel, with no visa sponsorship available.
