Description
The Process Developer will develop and optimize PVD coating methods for optical coatings, apply coating methods to manufacture optical coating systems, coordinate technical matters across Sales, Production, and specialist departments, prepare production documentation, plan orders and schedules, assess process capabilities, and oversee sample and pre-series production. The role requires experience with vacuum thin-film deposition, process control, vacuum technology, project management, and production data analysis, along with strong organizational, coordination, teamwork, communication, initiative, diligence, and quality awareness. A relevant technical or engineering degree is desirable but not mandatory.
