FERCHAU Rosenheim is hiring a Process Developer, Stamping Technology & Employee Qualification to analyze training needs, plan and deliver on-the-job and e-learning training, develop virtual-reality and simulation-based learning, support recruitment and onboarding, train production and setup operators, contribute to LEAN process optimization, support SAP processes, and help qualify new equipment for series production. The role requires technical vocational training in metalworking, stamping-technology knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and preferably trainer or adult-education experience; SAP experience and LEAN and modern learning-method knowledge are advantageous.
