Amgen is hiring a Process Development Associate for its synthetic Attribute Sciences team in Thousand Oaks, California. The role supports pivotal-phase analytical development, including method development, validation, transfer, process and product development, and GMP testing of drug substances and drug products across small molecules, synthetic peptides, siRNA, and antibody–drug conjugate components. The scientist will perform sample preparation and analysis using chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques, document data, present results, and transfer methods to contract laboratories. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or an associate’s degree with two years of scientific experience, or a high school diploma/GED with four years of scientific experience; analytical chemistry or related experience is preferred.
