Description
Flexsys is hiring an experienced Process Development Chemist for its Technology Group in Akron, Ohio. The role leads the development, optimization, and scale-up of chemical processes from laboratory bench through pilot and full industrial-scale production, manages external contract research organizations, develops scalable organic synthesis routes, conducts process characterization and safety evaluations, supports regulatory and intellectual property activities, and prepares technology-transfer documentation. The position is primarily on-site with occasional travel to development partners.
