Description
Hadrian is hiring an Additive Manufacturing Process Development Engineer to lead process and parameter development for additive manufacturing, especially metals. The role owns process windows, machine, material, and process readiness; in situ monitoring, statistical process control, and digital traceability; automated workflows and software tools; and the translation of new materials into production-ready processes. The engineer will collaborate with materials, applications, systems, software, and welding engineering teams and must have a master's degree in engineering, at least three years of additive manufacturing process development experience, and U.S. citizenship or permanent residency for ITAR compliance. The target salary is $135,000 to $200,000, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), flexible vacation, equity, and possible relocation support.
