3 Key Consulting is hiring a Process Development Engineer for a one-year contract with a leading global biopharmaceutical client in Thousand Oaks, California. The role supports process development, characterization, process validation, technology transfer, experimental design, data analysis, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration across aseptic fill-finish manufacturing. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline, experience with software tools beyond Microsoft Office, and strong project management, communication, and documentation skills; prior drug product knowledge is not required. The position pays $41–$46 per hour on a W2 basis and may be extended or converted to permanent employment.
