Description
The role develops and industrializes assembly and integration processes for high-precision optomechanical components and modules, optimizes manufacturing processes through statistical methods, data analytics, and machine learning, and transfers robust processes into production. Responsibilities include defining technical requirements, developing assembly solutions, analyzing process parameters, improving process capability and stability, developing manufacturing equipment and workflows, and collaborating with engineering, production, suppliers, and external partners. The position requires a technical university degree, knowledge of assembly and manufacturing technologies, experience with DoE, SPC, regression, process capability analysis, and data-driven optimization, along with German and English fluency.
