Active Dynamics is hiring an experienced Process Development Engineer for its Toronto team to lead fabrication process development, tooling validation, pilot builds, process capability and quality analysis, equipment trials, standardized work, training, and continuous improvement. The role requires a mechanical engineering degree or diploma, at least 10 years of hands-on metal fabrication experience, and proficiency with blueprint reading, tool-room and production equipment, SQC/SPC/GDT, and CAD. The salary is $80,000-$90,000 CAD, with group health benefits and other benefits.
