Description
The client is strengthening its team at the Oberkochen site and is hiring a Process Development Engineer to develop, introduce, stabilize, and continuously optimize manufacturing and assembly processes for lithography optics. The role involves solving complex technical problems, coordinating with internal and external interfaces, documenting project progress, and independently executing development tasks. Candidates need a relevant engineering degree, experience analyzing and developing processes, initial knowledge of assembly and manufacturing processes, strong communication and teamwork skills, and fluent German and very good English.
