Description
Amgen is hiring a Process Development Engineer to coordinate complex, non-routine activities such as technology transfer, process qualification, performance monitoring, floor support, and unit-operation troubleshooting. The role also involves leading investigations, analyzing process data with tools such as Excel, JMP, and SIMCA, preparing technical protocols and assessments, verifying regulatory filings, and communicating findings through technical writing and presentations. Candidates need a relevant degree or equivalent experience, at least four years of commercial manufacturing experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals, at least two years in regulated cGMP environments, and strong knowledge of cell culture, single-use and harvest technologies, and process improvement.
