Description
Prism Plastics, Inc. is hiring a Process Development Engineer to support plastic injection-molding process development, including APQP participation, mold and work-cell setup, robotic programming, tooling and fixture development, production readiness, sampling, process audits, scrap and downtime reduction, and first-run support. The role also involves corrective and preventative actions, process improvements, training, and coordination with maintenance and operations. Candidates must have prior hands-on plastic-injection-molding experience, a high school diploma or GED, and higher education or training in a quality or engineering-related area.
