Description
The Process Development Engineer supports the design, testing, and optimization of new manufacturing processes and improvements to existing processes. Responsibilities include conducting process trials, collecting and analyzing data, troubleshooting technical breakdowns, documenting results, supporting MAE try-outs and commissioning, improving OEE, and contributing to tool rationalization and blue-collar work planning. The role requires a BE in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics, 3–5 years of related experience, and knowledge of engineering statistics, SPC, GD&T, MSA, CNC, PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, and related programming or digital tools.
