EQVAL Group is hiring a full-time Process Development Engineer to support the development, validation, and implementation of new manufacturing processes in regulated industries. The role includes process validation and equipment qualification, master validation planning, equipment and manufacturing documentation, inspection systems, process optimization, and work with laser welding, heat bonding, injection molding, vision systems, and automation technologies. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, regulated-industry experience, automated manufacturing experience, automation and controls knowledge, DOE/FMEA/CAPA and root-cause investigation skills, technical writing ability, and bilingual English-Spanish proficiency.
