fab2 is hiring a Process Development Engineer to design and execute experiments for new semiconductor and thin-film fabrication methods. The role involves developing and optimizing deposition, etch, lithography, and metrology recipes; analyzing process data; troubleshooting equipment and recipe issues; and contributing to tool design. Candidates need a relevant advanced degree, hands-on cleanroom experience, and experience developing nanofabrication recipes. The position is based in Austin, Texas; Lockhart, Texas; or San Francisco, California, with an annual salary of $90,000–$180,000 and visa sponsorship.
