The role involves optimizing production efficiency, reducing costs, improving safety and quality, applying Lean and 5S principles, troubleshooting inefficiencies, establishing SOPs, monitoring KPIs, conducting risk assessments, and maintaining QA/QC documentation. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related technical field, at least one year of relevant experience, and familiarity with project management and CAD/BIM software.
