Rausch and Pausch LP is hiring an experienced Process Development Engineer in Auburn, Alabama. The role leads the development and handover of new manufacturing processes and production lines, coordinates with project and European teams, designs process improvements, stations, fixtures, and prototypes, supports cost and cycle-time estimation, manages equipment commissioning and acceptance, develops testing and quality documentation, and performs process audits. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, four to eight years of industrial, process, or automation engineering experience, strong CAD and 3D modeling skills, and the ability to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
