Description
The Oligonucleotide Development Scientist will design, develop, and scale oligonucleotide synthesis and purification methods; synthesize, purify, and analyze oligonucleotides; interpret UV, chromatography, and mass spectrometry data; and execute developmental experiments using automated instrumentation and liquid handling. The role also involves writing protocols and reports, conducting IQ/OQ/PQ for new instrumentation, maintaining quality records, supporting batch and change-control documentation, coordinating with vendors, and training others. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, 2–5 years of industry experience, oligonucleotide synthesis and analysis experience, and familiarity with Python, SQL, and large-scale instrumentation.
