Description
Teledyne Technologies is hiring a Process Engineer to support advanced microwave and RF electronics manufacturing, including thin-film hybrid assembly, wire bonding, die attach, eutectic and epoxy attachment, gap welding, sealing, and painting. The role covers process troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, process development, ECO documentation, NPI-to-production transfers, tooling, and production-data analysis using Lean, PFMEA, and SPC. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, at least one year of electronics manufacturing experience, familiarity with electronics assembly and process tooling, AS9100/ISO9001 and lean manufacturing knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong analytical and communication skills, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance. The salary range is $72,600 to $96,800, with health benefits, retirement matching, paid time off, and flexible work arrangements.
