Description
Teledyne MEMS is hiring a Process Development Engineer in Edmonton to own and optimize back-end and assembly manufacturing processes for MEMS device development. The role develops unit processes, troubleshoots and qualifies equipment, supports process transfers to manufacturing, improves yield and process margins, and maintains quality and documentation standards. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or science, at least two years of relevant assembly and die-level processing experience in MEMS, semiconductor, or electronics, and knowledge of back-end and assembly technologies, CAD, quality metrics, statistical analysis, and design of experiments.
