Trex is hiring a full-time Process Development Engineer in Winchester, Virginia, to design and develop new manufacturing processes, improve existing processes, create prototypes, conduct trials, troubleshoot and optimize processes, and evaluate emerging technologies. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and at least three years of relevant experience, with project management and product and process development experience preferred. The base salary is $83,000–$100,000 annually, with additional bonus and benefits.
