Description
STMicroelectronics is seeking a Process Development Engineer to develop, optimize, and industrialize PLP Ball Attach and Package Saw processes. The role supports new product and technology introductions, characterizes processes and materials, prepares manufacturing documentation, improves quality, yield, productivity, and reliability, troubleshoots process issues, and collaborates with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Operations teams. Candidates need a bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD degree in engineering or a related field and more than three years of relevant experience in process development, semiconductor manufacturing, or assembly processes.
