Abbott is hiring a Process Development Engineer II for its Structural Heart division in Santa Clara, California. The role supports manufacturing operations by improving line output, safety, yield, and quality; troubleshooting equipment; developing tooling and manufacturing aids; leading change management, validations, CAPAs, root-cause analyses, and continuous-improvement projects; and coordinating product builds through the NPI process. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or biological science field, 2–5 years of related experience, SolidWorks proficiency, and knowledge of manufacturing process engineering and statistical analysis. The base salary is $85,600 to $156,000, with 10% travel required.
