Texas Instruments is seeking a Process Development / Integration Engineering Intern within its Analog Technology Development group. The intern will establish unit-process and process-integration strategies, support process experiments and device and process yield analysis, and collaborate with design, system, productization, reliability, and manufacturing teams to develop next-generation process and device technologies. Candidates must be pursuing a graduate degree in a relevant engineering or science field and maintain a minimum 3.0/4.0 GPA; semiconductor device physics coursework and research experience are preferred.
